Paul is a 25-year veteran of the oil and gas exploration and production industry. Paul currently serves as Vice President for Jonah Energy LLC. Jonah Energy operates the Jonah Field in Wyoming, one of the largest natural gas fields in North America. His focus is regulatory, sustainability and the Jonah’s Responsibly Produced Natural Gas Initiative.
Paul also serves on the Board of Directors for the Wyoming Energy Authority, responsible for delivering Wyoming’s energy strategy with a focus on empowering the nation with a net-zero energy mix.
Paul serves on the Board of Trustees for the Wyoming Chapter of The Nature Conservancy, Board of Directors for Fishing For the Fight and on Wyoming Governor Gordon’s Sage Grouse Implementation Team. He is Chairman of the Wyoming Motorcycle Safety Advisory Council, Past Chairman of the Petroleum Association of Wyoming and Past Chairman of the BLM Resource Advisory Council.
Prior to his career in oil and gas Paul served in the United States Navy in the intelligence community and served on the staff of a Wyoming Governor and Wyoming Congressman. Paul, a fourth generation Wyoming native, is also a professional fly-fishing guide.
